Being updated - Plastics in primary forms

This PCR is currently being updated. The open consultation phase will start with an e-mail invitation to identified stakeholders to the product group as representatives of different organisations. Any stakeholder is welcome to provide comments during this phase of the PCR development. Preliminary, the start of the open consultation is planned for 2022-12-01 and the publication to 2023-06-21.

Due to the initiation of the updating process, the validity period of the current version (3.0.2) has been prolonged until 2023-06-21.

Dates are preliminary and subject to change.

This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of Plastic in primary and the declaration of this performance by an EPD. The product category corresponds to UN CPC -Group 347 Plastics in primary forms.
